good restaurants in Seattle?

my parents are from Tennessee this weekend and try to think of something good, local restaurants to bring to the Great Sea / Northwest food, located in downtown, Capitol Hill, Seattle or Lake Union West. So far I have the Space Needle, and the pot of salted crab. any ideas? thanks!
