New / Nice restaurants in downtown Seattle / Bellevue?

I have my birthday party 13 soon and I'm looking for a waterfront or trendy restaurants in the Seattle / Bellevue area. can not be very expensive because I invited about 10 people. They can be places like Cheesecake Factory, salty, etc. Thanks Antonio for help!
