any restaurants open on christmas day in seattle area?

Grab your local Seattle phone book and start dialing Chinese restaurants, it’s almost a tradition for Jewish folks who do not celebrate the holiday to patronize Asian dining establishments Dec. 25th. Chinese restaurateurs recognize this as many themselves are not Christian and also do not take part in Christmas.
So it works out well for those who do not observe the holiday and for anyone who does yet still have a yen to dine out. :p
