Im moving to the pioneer square area Lovvely place, but can not find anywhere you can park .. Can anyone help?

I considering a move to Pioneer Square in Seattle, the place is pretty decent price, but the problem is the parking … they're charging about $ 245 hours only park in their lot. I can not seem to find parking areas around this region (where I can buy a pass, low-cost area) – Does anyone have any suggestions? would be a great help … thanks a million.

$ 245 is actually a decent price for monthly parking in this area.
