I live in northwest Washington, what could I do this weekend?
I go to my father this weekend, last weekend and told me I decide I want to do while I'm there. It does not really do anything normally so it is difficult to propose anything. We were in the underground tour Seattle, and Wildlife Park in the Northwest. We've seen the movies and go to the mall. I do not know what to do. I do not know that surrounds the place or places where they could go. My father lives in Everett, Washington but are willing to drive. We drove around 60 miles just because I wanted to eat at Sonic. So if you could offer attractions or events taking place this weekend or something, that would be great. Just something we can go do or see.
I live near Everett and one of my favorite things is to make a loop trip to Whidbey Island can start the trip with the ferry from Mukilteo (not far from Everett) and ride the length of the island and back through I-5 or you can start up the I-5 and go home on the ferry. Here are some things you can do over the following way: Make a small detour Langley a stroll through art galleries and quaint shops to visit in the Greenbank Farm Loganberry View fortifications of World War II, older or just walk by trails and beaches of Ebeye Fort and Fort Casey Coupeville go see the war planes landing and taking off from NAS Whidbey in Oak Harbor Walk the beautiful beaches and State Park trails of Deception Pass You can also cross the bridge over Deception Pass. When leaving or approaching Deception Pass (depending on how you start your trip) to go on the motorway 20 heading east to the intersection at Bayview State Park. The Brezeale Interpretative Center is a mile and a half of the state park and is a fascinating place to visit frequently and see bald eagles flying. Enjoy!
