I fix my 81 'Yamaha XS650 or sell?

I have a Yamaha XS650 1981. The last time I rode 2 years ago and it worked great. Since then, some child and ignition and turn signals do not work corrosion. I'm pretty sure you can recover in the work of a few hundred dollars …. The problem is the lack of it have been recorded since 2001 and I said I have to pay the registration for the last 7 years.
