Where to buy ginger sprouts or "Bunga Kantan" (used in the kitchen) to Seattle?

I tried to find the grocery store Asians carrying the smell of ginger bud / Torch Ginger, 'Bunga Kantan "for use in some Malaysian cuisine. I looked at Uwajimaya stores in Seattle and Bellevue, but could not find. Are there any stores that carried these flowers? There is low is not really a good alternative for them.

Probably the search Online Shoppe you can find a specialty that you can buy these spices. I do a lot of shopping online as well.
