Fantasy novel needs your help?

I started a novel and I thought the scene could be located in Seattle, WA. I've heard it especially rainy there? It will also be the star of a high school graduate who is a witch, and she meets a boy who is a vampire. His thirst for another meeting during their relationship, knowing the dangers of leaving their family secrets. Their willingness to be a good turn, she knew that once a witch dies, she becomes a vampire and is the age when he died. Does anyone wish to present some ideas or comments about my idea.
