Question about visiting Canada?

I plan to make a trip to Seattle, WA and Vancouver, Canada in May. Our plan is to fly to Seattle, stay there for a couple of days, then take a train to Vancouver and stay for a few days. I was looking at the map and also saw Victoria .. Is there anything good to see there? Is there a form of transport that can take a ferry from Vancouver? What are the things to see in Vancouver and Victoria? Any suggestions on all other cities / Towns to see in the area? In addition, taxis are easy to spot in Vancouver? What are the average costs for a decent hotel?

Victoria is nice. Yes, there are quite a few tourist things to do there. Google Victoria and you should find. It has a small and very walkable downtown, so if all you want to do is shopping and the cold, it's easy to do. The easiest way to get to Victoria, Vancouver, if you do not drive, is getting a coach bus Pacific.
