Where is the street level entrance to the Westlake station of the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel?

Do you have to go inside the mall to get to the transit tunnel, or is there a street level entrance?

You can go into the mall to get to the transit tunnel but you don’t have to.

There is also an entrance on Pine street in the Macy’s building that directly accesses the tunnel.
