Transportation to downtown Seattle Sea-Tac Airport?

I have a group of 5 people who need transportation from anywhere in the center of the SEA-TAC airport with luggage in tow. Since I live in Seattle, I know of no good taxi service for airport transfers are cheap.

If you are aware of the street, Metro Bus # 194 going to / from downtown Seattle (via 2nd Avenue [A SEA-TAC] and 4th Avenue [From SEA-TAC]). The bus through the International District and Pioneer Square, on the road, which is quite depressing (drugs, poverty) adjacent to the downtown. Still, it should be reasonably safe, provided you do not get off at the wrong place. The fare is $ 1.25 off-peak and $ 2.00 per hour edge. # 194 buses are double length, so you should be able to accommodate a considerable amount of luggage. However, if done plus 1-2 pieces of luggage per person is better in a bus or taxi.
