Software to capture streaming audio – please read?

I lived in Colorado and now live in Seattle. This is a program at a station in Colorado Springs that I like to listen on Sunday night (KRCC Celtic music to anyone's interested). The problem is that now I work for hours. I'd be able to establish a timer and capture streaming audio my computer to listen when night comes. Does anyone know of a package at a reasonable price? (The book even better, but I'm willing to pay a reasonable amount). Must be able to do the following: 1) Capture streaming audio on the site of an online radio station (I could have the site is already running) 2) Have a timer so it would not be worth the capture of a full day of the river, but only about 3 hours. If there the possibility of starting a stream, it would be wonderful, but it is not necessary, you can always check out Will you leave for work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
