Parents: Drivers of people good or bad where you live?

Only route in Louisiana and Texas that made me realize that we are crazy drivers in the Seattle area. Traffic and parking is a nightmare even on a typical day, not rush hour when nothing is happening in the city. You're sitting in traffic all day, moving a block of time if there is a Mariners or Seahawks game at home because everyone is running and nobody in town knows how to handle. Or more precisely – Who knows park. I thought the people of Seattle drivers were good, too. Well of course, all points of view, I came to New York after a short period time in Alaska, where not even know that there are driving laws, much less obey. What are the drivers and where you live? Is it the stupidity of some people behind a half ton of metal and not be cause for alarm?
