Oyster Happy Hour Bars in Seattle?

I am a student at the University of Washington, if my budget for eating out are not so .. my pair mates and suddenly had a desire for oysters or seafood and have heard there for happy hour oysters with very low prices. So what do you recommend that leisure services go early, around the Seattle area, not overpriced (cuz we're poor college student = () I heard Elliot, but people say it is expensive .. is this true?
