Most of us have experienced writer's block, feelings of insecurity and generalized anxiety about whether or not we can only as a writer in the world real. Often, one or more of these things becomes a problem, you can take to stop writing, sometimes, to do together. We let our internal editor, or our parent (s), spouse, friends, who is winning when it comes to our writing, or maybe we are successful in a financial sense, but our writing has become on the issue of planned projects and meet the deadline. In writing what we love to short it becomes a task rather than a joy. But not necessarily so. Here are 10 techniques you can use writing now to find happiness.

1. Give your creativity another outlet from time to time. For example, consider a ceramic, watercolor, beads or class. Learning to be creative in other forms of writing. YouÂ'll surprised how much you improve your writing and life in general.

2. Write something completely different from what we normally do. Are you a novelist? Write something non-fiction as an article or report instead. You just might discover a new way of seeing their writing. If you normally write nonfiction Try your hand at a novel or a poem.

3. Guided tour. Get in your car or take the bus in a youÂ've place ever, perhaps part of the city with small shops, art galleries, or a large park where you can follow a stream or river and ruminate.

4. Take a walk at least 30 minutes. Bring a camera with you and capture pictures of people, trees, flowers, or something that catches attention. You could Seeing something that can be used later in writing.

5. Remember that you took these photos in the foot? Make copies or second set of prints and use them free collage (see my article using FreeForm Collage to stimulate creativity).

6. Create what I affectionately call "bitch list". During periods where it seems you just get the support you need arenÂ't your friend's significant other, or parent, or maybe even your coworkers sit and write a list of all things done or said theyÂ've to bother. I take this opportunity to throw a tantrum mind, let your inner child and have output good properties of the field, screaming goblin. No need to see your list. If you are a spiritual person, you can even take this opportunity to say a prayer for change, write the list in a fireproof dish, while the wind the ashes (make sure they are and let cool completely before you do). ITA is amazing how it can be cathartic when you feel frustrated and angry.

7. Remember crayons and coloring books? IÂ've always thought it was a pity things that maybe we weÂ're allegedly cultivated. This technique requires you find the photos you want, they can be family photos, drawings in books or pictures from magazines. Once you find to be black and white copies and store them in a folder or three ring folders for the days you do not feel supported as a writer. Then when you feel as if you were to stop writing you can take this list and use it to change to another project. You can do it in a big project and very frustrating, some ideas that require less work to complete than others. You can choose one of your ideas and write an article just what has this feeling of having youÂ're accomplished something to work on their largest project.
