I have some clown oil paintings signed Arno, nobody knows anything about them?

I have an oil painting two clowns (happy) to be signed by Arno, which was my mother in law and lived in Pasadena and later in Seattle. You know something about the artist. We only have pictures of a clown, no date as I can see. Ps thank you just got to look roadshow old and expecting me!
