I want to live somewhere where it enters the years 90 (or maybe even the 80s) in summer and drop below 30 in winter. Seattle seems to have a relatively constant temperature of 40-70. Where I can be?

Astoria, Oregon is well all year, RARELY Hits 80. and almost never below 32 in winter, heavy snow, as it is on the Pacific coast. Cambria also in California on the Pacific coast just 80 hits, and winters are not much below 35 at night
