Who else is happy – Stay where you love (Seattle), or work at a job you love (nonprofit)?

I'm single and love living in Seattle (just moved back here after being gone for ten years) and was offered a dream job for me with a nonprofit organization, but is in Atlanta? Comments?

It is a difficult decision. Working for love has a lot of work satisfaction in life, because work takes up most of their waking moments. However, it is always nice to live in a place he loves. I think this guy is a very personal decision, and depend largely on if you keep your job or career / achievement or quality of life.
