When in Seattle I can find beautiful panoramic views?

It's kind of a strange question to the phrase, but I will do my best. Does anyone know of any standpoint from which to see the city and / or surrounding areas (Puget Sound waterfalls / olympics)? Known or out of shape? I am looking for a romantic place, possibly with an incredible view to take my boyfriend, maybe for a picnic, a long walk, or walking. Short hikes / encoding and hard-to-get-to places are beautiful, if they are actually in the city. The only places I can think is at the top of the Space Needle and Gasworks Park. Any ideas?
