Which city is best for opening a child care business?

I am a single mother looking to move my life and business. I own a nanny agency in a successful mid-sized city. I'm looking at Houston / San Antonio, but I'm also interested in Seattle / Denver, North Carolina / Bascially etc. I'm open to almost anything where a good economy, population, and is a good place for kids, of course. Any suggestions?
