The best way to drive from Illinois to Seattle, WA?

I'll drive a truck moving 12-foot Illinois Seattle, WA. Could someone tell me the best and safest way to drive from here in Seattle, Washington? I try to avoid as far as possible, the traffic in and through the mountains as possible. (I was driving through Denver, CO, and that once, and I fear my mind, I decided to try to drive as ever that when you move, oh!)
