What to do in Seattle?

I'll stay in Seattle for 2 days before my trip to Vancouver. And I wonder what's Seattle should not miss? So far, I have plans for the Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and the lock Mt.Rainier channel, and right there in downtown Seattle:) Anything else I can do or see? Anything that you should not miss while I'm there? Thank you!

It's a good list. You can also try another tall building Moreover, the Space Needle. One of the disadvantages of entering into the needle, is that you can not see the needle on it. As such, Smith Tower is a great place to watch the horizon with the needle. Another cheap form of entertainment is the Bainbridge Island ferry. It's just a boat-bus, but worn around the Puget Sound, which gives a good view over the city and the island. Nightlife is another great option. If you are old enough, go to Ticketmaster or the arts section of the website of the Seattle papers. See if you can take a concert or something – the music scene is very good and not too expensive. Other than that, just walking around. Look at people weird market, go shopping, take a trip in the useless monorail. In Portland Seattle is a great place for tourists who really need to see a reference point every hour on the hour … but is great for casual wandering.
