Where can I FND some good restaurants Chinese, Japanese and Korean in Seattle?

I'm from Seattle and now live in Nanjing, China. I think the most authentic Asian cuisine in Seattle is located in the International District (5th and Jackson). There are some good places on the east side. "Sichuan Cooking" is the name of a restaurant in Redmond that has a great style of Chinese cuisine from Sichuan. There is a "Sichuan Cooking" restaurant 10, Jackson, District Int'l. Wild Ginger is also a good place, but expensive. Check out http://seattle.citysearch.com For more restaurants in Seattle.
