What is the legal age to start kindergarten in Seattle, WA>?

My daughter is 4 years old and she in turn five on 27 January. Is age enough to start kindergarten in the fall/08? She is bright, able to write all the letters of the alphabet. So what do you think?

In the state of Washington, should be 5 to 31 August. In general, there is an exception to this rule.
