adult recreational hockey league in MA, particularly the South Coast.?

Going to go somewhere on the south coast where grown (Abington). I have 31 years and has played in different leagues for adults here in Seattle. I've never played junior or near ice but I'm quite competent. What are my options for a league there? I played in the ponds back in MA during the winters. I started playing in the league about six years here.

I'm not a big help, but I I thought I just make sure that there are adult leagues around here. I'm a little confused, but how long have you been? Have you started to adulthood or has played as a child? There are league for players skilled enough, not too much competition or anything, but for players who played in high school and have played all their life, not just winning the game. My brother played in a league with Teddy Donato. My brother was only 20 at the time, but most men in the league were in their 30 years and older. This league is not competitive at all, just played for fun, but they were pretty good.
