Where is a place like this in Seattle?

I am looking for a place in Seattle, hopefully near the Ballard area trains or MMA or It focuses only on jiu jitsu is not as expensive and a good school is not some kind of dojo MC. Any suggestions help btw i am looking for specific suggestions on teaching, not how to do a Google search
