What’s the best place to get chinese food in seattle?

International district seems to have a lot of chinese places but haven’t tried anything exceptional as yet. Dim sum is not what i am looking for. What other areas have u explored? any other favorites?

quiet busy during lunch time, good portion and taste decent.
