Where to buy furniture at affordable prices, not about particles?

I'm in (I hope) to buy my first house. Right now I have very little furniture, so go to the furniture of the house almost anything. My years of living in apartments with furniture fucking fucking left me an intense dislike of the particles, so I much prefer real wood furniture. I need a couch, bed, desk, bedside tables, and shelves. I do not like Ikea. (See above: Particleboard, but no preference for modern, minimal, industrial-style furniture. I care first and foremost I want comfort and a cushioned sofa. I also colors.) Of course, I have a lot of money. I live in Seattle and all suggestions for local shops that are very much appreciated.

Thrift stores, consignment shops and garage sales. New furniture is so cheap … plugs and chipboard. Scrub their thrift store, visit often, be patient and take what you like when you see it. You can get a room faster than you can think of to go places. All you have to buy more furniture or even cut the price of antiques is the substance was made to last a lifetime or two. Ikea is built to last until the new line comes out. If you have patience and follow going to thrift stores is inevitable, is something you really like, and not just a piece of scrap at a lower price for the target or elsewhere.
