What restaurant was the volcano cake that Rush was on fire and ice sugar episode?

It was an episode of Sugar Rush on Food Network and went to a restaurant, and made the cake which was a volcano cake covered with meringue ice cream on fire and then poured the sauce over the cherries. I think maybe I was in Seattle, but can not be right. I wonder what the city and the restaurant was. Foodnetwork've seen the site. It is a different pastel. They mentioned the cities, except for the cake volcano.
