Is it true that in the Seattle Hempfest, as everything that happens around blunts the next?

I want to go, and I've heard some point, since during Hempfest, everyone is allowed to smoke marijuana on the street, like going to Rome next. I do not want to hear b drugs are bad, / ci actually I do not want people's opinions as "probably not sounding stupid" I want somebody who has actually been there to answer this question.thanks.

Stupid answer: Yes, all the people going around the other weeds. Only one, however. bad weed is illegal in the United States. It's simply the law. Smoking is allowed in Hemp Festival, but not necessarily legal to do so. No, I've never been.
