Northern California Seattle, Washington?

I'm from California. I lived in southern California for many years and I will not go there. It is simply too large, crowded and expensive. In general, people are rather superficial and pretentious in D. It's also hard being a black man there. It is difficult be only two percent of the population. There are many subtle racism because of it, especially in the labor market. For years I dreamed of living in the south, with its slower pace. Unfortunately, I have my wish, but it was a big disappointment and come back to live in another state from the west soon. Finally, I will probably be down in the north California or Seattle, but I'm not familiar with the other domain. I like beautiful green areas and open mind people who are not too radical. The cost of living also be a factor. I want to own a bungalow, a small and cozy in a safe neighborhood of Nice. What place do you feel in your mind and why?

Well Califonria North is very nice place to live anywhere in Northern California is good the San Francisco Bay Area Very expensive compared to the rent is crazy, of real estate is crazy. not much green is in North Carolina that your best bet is to Seattle, WA, because people are so cool and very green, although it rained again a very pleasant place to live clean and green there. throughout western Washington, including Port Townsend, Port Angeles, this area is so beautiful that you'd like, I hbeen there and my dad and step mom almost bought a house there, but the initial payment was too crazy. would be to finance that $ 80,000 could not believe it. I that would be the initial payment of $ 40,000. North Califonria close to the average 20,000 to 40,000 deposit cost of living. Hmmm so if I went with WRE Seattle, WA and go for it !!!!!!!
