How can you overcome the "freezer" in Seattle?

I lived in Seattle for over a year and came to many difficulty making friends and more friends. Here, people seem to take some time to warm loooonnnnngggg you. I know I'm the only one who noticed that. I'm curious to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it.

Keep trying. I hear ya sister! I also found and I always regret. I think it will be difficult and awkward at first But keep being friendly, their way of doing something good for them and buy a flower – the ease of friendship, but Hang On Now do not insist. Some people (including me) really Weird by someone who is obsessive hanging. Ask their opinion about something. Continue to try talking to them. Give few months and then be heated for you and low and behold you have a new friend!
