What you say true – a lot of Seattle guests are tight. However, restaurants are neglected. Hot food is served on cold plates, no linen white, very limited choice of wines by the glass, do not take the control bar of the guests are seated. Poor bread, butter served in quantities frugal and sometimes filled with whipped air. The industry is very careless and perhaps why cubes are furious.
