I want to be famous ..? I need help .. start?

Ok, so since I was little I wanted to be a famous singer. Not for money, but can perform on stage in front of people. And to be a model. Not the best singing voice is fine. Much like Hilary Duff, we have the same voice range I guess .. Well of all Anyway, I tried to search for hearings in the movies or TV shows from Disney, because the act is probably the best way to start your career. I live in Seattle and was wondering if you could PLEASE help me find auditions near. I do not want to make films independently. Just something that people actually see and something that will go somewhere. Please do not criticize me and say how much work is hard, because I know that.
