What Seattle Bay front home communities again?

I citydata.com determined by the average house in Seattle is 49 years – But when searching the floor of sites that do not know too beautiful modern designs, I DO NOT GET IT? I am looking for a community of Greater Seattle is a. Bay Front or Ocean Front B. Home Medan least 35 years of age c. Population Density Index 2500 + (2, 500 people per square mile) is lower Queen Anne, the single community? There must be better right? Please write to everyone I know that Seattle is usually very costly in terms of rental housing – but I will keep my options open in terms of how it shows my company from Seattle to come. Seattelers thank you very much and praise to your great city! – A former Michigander

I pretty sure I answered your question before age home (even if I have misinterpreted to serve in old house owner). You will find there are some neighborhoods that are new to the Seattle area. The denser areas, which usually means more new apartments and condominiums are lower Queen Anne, Belltown and Capitol Hill. LQA and Belltown are "Eliott Bay Front" (the ocean is an hour's drive of several miles, and only Downtown / Belltown and LQA and West Seattle Elliott Bay Front). These districts are mostly apartments and condominiums, some new and some more. Many places in the Congress will have a view of the city, but it is halfway between the Bay Elliott and Lake Washington. West Seattle tends to be a little more affordable, but nothing is going to get a premium in every neighborhood. There are also some new apartments / condos as well. But in all these neighborhoods, houses are 1920-60's Vintage, unless they have been demolished and replaced. I think you need to visit here and around the neighborhood to get a good impression of the region. There are separate sections here (Belltown is more "hip" Fremont is more "funky" Wallingford is a bit more family oriented, for example). Finally, you are just looking to see or access to water? The best beaches are in West Seattle and Ballard (garden of gold). Fremont Park is also nearby gas on Lake Union for access to water. There are very few sandy beaches in this region – for the most part is rocky and the water is cold.
