Seattle fabric shop help?

Search. I am a costume designer, and this year I have some ambitious plans into reality. One is to make a Batman Forever Riddler costume. For those of you who do not know is a very special color, complete with spandex / lycra body suit. It is very difficult for me to buy fabric. I have to be able to feel the fabric of whether something can work or not. If I have no other option, which may be at risk, but I'd rather not. SO! Does anyone know of a store fabric in the Seattle / Bothell / Western Washington area that sells a wide variety of spandex / lycra / tissue dance wear? I have been in Joan and Hancock, or sells a wide variety of tissues, in particular, do not sell anything like the colors I need. I know I could buy a clothing line, but not the point.
