Button-sized as the place in the upper back!?

I had this bump on the top left of my back at least 2 days. There is a small red spot and tried to pop. But it hurt even more! It feels swolen around and is about the size of the tip my index finger. I 13 year old white female. I live in non-sunny Seattle. What could this site possible!?

It is probably only middle button or zit. Give him time and he will disappear.
