Has anyone been ripped offby Seattle Direct Coffee and what have you done about it?

I have a promotion ordered two cups, two cups and a travel bag of coffee, 5 items for $ 5.95. When I received my visa first bill, I had a charge of $ 174.32 for the coffee than ever have agreed to buy.
