Could you tell me which of the following US unis would good for my exchange year? I’m from Italy!?

My uni has partnerships with the following university, which ones do you think would be better for my exchange, considered I’m majoring in English, therefore I dont have limitations (English is taught everywhere)
What I aim for is a big uni, with many students, big social scene and an acceptable climate

I didn’t go there so don’t worry about me being biased. I’m not. I just believe that is your best option. The area is beautiful. Social life is definitely abounding. weather is great. It’s not texas (that was just for my friend’s benefit. I always tease her about being from TX).
