What is the best way to find rental housing in the Seattle area?

I tried some of the basics (craigslist, Source NW, ads, sites with list of rents), but thought I would ask if anyone has advice on other ways to find rental housing in Seattle: good rental agencies do not have a strong presence on the Internet, companies property management in the region, or even a tip on a neighbor looking to rent their extra houses. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.
