Parking in Seattle near Seattle Center?

I go to the Key Arena on May 21 for a concert, my friend and I have the intention to drive, we must find a place where we can park that will be pretty cheap and somewhere to walk or take a bus or monorail, we will be in Seattle all day, where is the cheapest place to park all day in Seattle?

If you are ready to take the monorail, then there is a garage of the fifth Avenue to one or two blocks from Westlake Center. I think it is at the intersection of 5 and Seneca, and their prices are quite good, although I'm not sure prices every day. In the building you can walk to Westlake Center and take the monorail from downtown.
