Seattle Metro bus runs 24 hours?

I'm going to Seattle this week (staying in Kent) I canceled my rental car (I'm not 25 and costs were outrageous! Besides, I like parking …) I do not suck the fees and rent a car or take the bus? If so, how does it work? Is it working 24 hours in or near (if so what time?) Will I be able to easily reach by public transport public? Is there anything special to see / do / eat there? Try to go back and leave Kent in Seattle (and then in the Seattle area.) Above all, I just want to know if I can use public transport to get to and from Kent Seattle at night? Or should I rent a car? Take a taxi?
