How I can make the wrong bus to Seattle?

So I went to the site of King County Metro and planned a trip to my address in the space I want to go. The planner, said that taking the bus on the road Mt 28, Broadview car and just about as long to train. I get to the bus stop in the beginning, with a bus on Route 28 which is about 15 minutes before they gave me, I have not seen any names or anything else Broadview, so I'm on it. After a while I ask the bus driver if the bus is stopped on the street I wanted, and she said no. What is the problem? How do I know what bus to take? There was nothing on the bus other than "Route 28". In addition, buses stopped on both sides of the street, how are you supposed I should know which side to wait? All this does not really answer my question. Trip Planner Broadview said Route 28 was stopped in the street 36. I asked the driver the bus at the Route 28 bus and said no.

Ask the driver before boarding if you are unsure. And the underground site tells you which side of the street on which supposed to. If it does not matter which side of the street where it is, for all buses to travel back and forth – is that you take an extra couple of hours to get
