seattle bored
If you live in the Seattle area (Bellevue, Tacoma, Seattle)?

I wonder where to live in Seattle. I am currently in the final 20 years, unmarried and without children. I currently live in San Francisco, but I'm thinking of buying a condo in the Seattle area. Can anyone help? Here are some things I am looking for: 1) I want to live in an area that is good, but not boring. 2) I also want to live with people in their 20s to mid 30's. 3) There must be many places to go out and take part in many activities with great diversity.

Well, can certainly help to reduce things since I live in the Seattle area myself. Bellevue should probably be removed from the list. It is very beautiful and I love it, but horribly expensive and a lot of things are sitting on the market right now. Most of older people in Bellevue are silver and have lived in Bellevue, most of their lives, making them very comfortable. Most people bought their home in Bellevue for several years when the houses were reasonable prices, but as the market a few years ago became self inflated by a large influx of people coming to work for Microsoft. The houses were purchased for $ 200,000 twenty years ago, sold for $ 900,000 or more. Apartments and town houses are not much less. The school system Bellevue Bellevue is incredibly high and high to Newport in which time 100 best schools in the nation. Bellevue is just focused on young people, but not much life night. This is one of the most conservative in the Seattle area. Seattle as a real city has a lot more diversity and more points of drag. The age range is very wide y and the area is not boring. Houses and condos are more affordable but still high, but again, you probably know that in San Fransico, too. Nearby, a suburb of Seattle, Ballard and Fremont are (two cities near you.) It is a bohemian city with a diverse and eclectic mix nice and varied depending on anyone. Many people are young, but many are older. Most people in their 20 to 40 years good. Farmers' markets are held every weekend and holiday and fairs are frequent. It would probably be less boring places in the Seattle region. Apartments and houses are nice and very reasonable prices. Then there are Capitol Hill in Seattle. This place is full of people who are mostly young, 20 years old to 30 years most of the time. Capitol Hill is possibly the less obtrusive and less congestion in the regions. Its beautiful, but be sure to keep an open mind, if you choose to live here. Diversity is the middle name and the Capitol Gay Pride Fesitval usually starts working there before extinction in the heart of Seattle. Be prepared for such events. These are just a few cities / towns that might fit your lifestyle. Good luck and if you move, welcome to Seattle!
