Is it a desire to live in Bremerton Port Orchard / and go to Seattle?

We went to the Seattle area in 6 weeks and I'm looking online for places to live. The Bremerton / Port Orchard area seems to be very affordable, but I'm going to work in the city. Is it a total nightmare to take the ferry every day to work, or is this kind of burden on the majority? How long does it take to get from Bremerton to Seattle on the ferry? What would you do if you worked in the city but not want to spend the high price of rent in the city … take a daily ferry to Bremerton, or traffic going home Battle for the Kent / Federal Way / Renton area? HELP! Thanks, Cristina http://myspace.com/mikepattonisgod

Hello. I am very happy to hear we move into our region. It's wonderful here. I live in Bremerton (Marina Housing), but taking the ferry from Seattle all time. They have two options. The passenger ferry only takes about 45 minutes to get to Seattle and takes a bit of money arrive and then, of course, complete only way home (which changes seasonally.) ferryies The passenger car and 1:00 to 1:00 and take a few minutes to cross in Seattle and do not cost nothing to do and just returned from transportation. Once in Seattle, the city is bigger than a car, bus, taxi or even walk if you do not go too far. My husband is a Marine recruiter and Seattle should take at least 3 times a week in traffic "time." To lead Seattle (center) have to go to the bridge Tacoma Narrows, and now costs $ 3. Can still be done in an hour, but it is the added stress that stop and go. Personally, I like to live in Wildcat Lake areas Seabeck Kitsap Province and take the ferry to Seattle daily. We went to San Diego before and I'll miss this place terribly. It could miss it Washington, so special, if you have chosen to live outside the Kitsap Peninsula! Take care and good luck!
