Ride from SeaTac to downtown at 2 am? Is there a bus or an airport?

I am looking for ways to get to downtown Seattle at 2am? I looked for buses and airport transfers, but in vain, during the wee hours. The taxi is too expensive over $ 30. If you have any suggestions, would appreciate that answer.
