can someone under 21 to rent a car at an airport or anywhere in Seattle?

my friends and I go to Seattle next spring and early planning allowed a problem, we are all under 21 (17 and 18) and all car rental companies say that 22 years or more …. But we to hire a transportation in Seattle, WA area … ideas or ways we can do this (semi-legally) lol:) Thanks for your great!

Well, I do not know anyway, you can rent, but the Seattle area has a large amount of traffic, so if your willing to walk a bit you can move easily. do much when we are there and we have some amazing experiences. Science Center, Pike Place Market, the waterfront and the city of China are all our favorite places to go and are within walking distance to the other (although with a mile of each other is the distance we) good luck!
