seattle cloudy days per year
Tips for photography on cloudy days?

I live in the middle of Seattle for 6-7 months a year, the sky is overcast. Photos From October to April tend to have a solid gray sky. Any advice on shooting in these conditions and wait for the rare rainy days? My Topics favorites are the mountains, Puget Sound and other landscapes. I never really tried to shoot a good "image" of people. So it's probably good to add, who mostly shoot with a Nikon 7900 digital camera, but recently have tried to experiment with the old Nikon FE to my father, but not really know what I do (I have some books from the library today if)

I tend to sleep on days like this and / or hang out in Yahoo as well. * On overcast days really be aware tone of the scene, the shape and geometry, to be very creative with the composition and even try to visualize B & W. * People are also very good photos … the light can be very good for portraits. * You can put a small table in the studio in the garage or the guest room and work with images of still life and art.
